Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email and password (stored securely by our authentication provider).
• Booking details: event date, venue, guest count and notes you share with talent.
• Talent payout details (MoMo or bank). These are visible only to the talent and PluggMe admins.
• Messages sent through the contact form.

What we don't collect

We do not collect or store card numbers. When live payments launch they will be handled by licensed payment providers.

How we use it

To run bookings, payments, payouts, reviews, rankings and support, and to prevent fraud. We don't sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data via the contact page. Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and, for UK users, UK GDPR may apply — to be confirmed by the owner's legal adviser.
