How it works

Find → Book → Pay deposit → Enjoy

For clients

  1. Find. Browse without an account. Filter by category, city, date, price, rating and tier.
  2. Book. Choose a package and share your event details. A 5% service fee is added.
  3. Pay deposit. Pay 70% of the total to provisionally hold the date. The talent has 24 hours to accept. If they decline or don't respond, you're refunded in full.
  4. Pay balance. The remaining 30% is due through PluggMe 48 hours before your event. Events booked within 48 hours are paid in full at checkout.
  5. Enjoy. Your booking shows “Confirmed – Fully Paid” only once the talent has accepted and everything is paid. After the event, confirm completion and leave a review.

For talent

  • Create a profile, add packages and payout details (MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo Money or bank).
  • A PluggMe admin reviews and approves new profiles. Verified badges are given by admins only.
  • Accept or decline paid requests within 24 hours. Block dates you're unavailable.
  • After the client confirms completion, you're paid your package price minus a 10% commission.
